GoTo JIVE Billing Portal - November 15, 2024
- As part of the overall migration from legacy admin to GoTo Admin, the billing portal used by GoTo Connect customers billed through JIVE has been moved into GoTo Admin. The new billing portal has an improved, simplified, and modern interface! This new experience offers:
- Access to the billing portal directly within GoTo Admin with the very same features
- Easier access to download invoices and detailed bill reports
GoTo Connect - November 14, 2024
- Sign in to GoTo using passkeys: Sign into your GoTo app using a passkey! Passkeys are stronger than traditional passwords. With it, you can sign in to GoTo using device lock, such as fingerprint, PIN, or face scan. You'll need to create a passkey for each device, browser, or app you use to sign in to your GoTo account. GoTo Contact Center - November 5, 2024
- Updated outcomes for Left Queue reasons: Existing Left Queue Reasons also have better, updated mapping for clearer and more comprehensive reporting:
- Answered Elsewhere, which occurs when a caller is answered by someone else outside the queue, now maps to the outcome of Handled instead of Evicted User.
- Transfer Complete, which occurs when the caller was removed due to completion of a transfer, now maps to the outcome of Evicted User instead of Unknown
- Callback failed now maps to the outcome of Evicted system instead of Unknown
- Export Improvements for Analytics boards: As the teams have added and expanded analytics report data, we have had feedback from users to make the experience more user-friendly. We now have improved export workflows with easier to read data expressions and elements:
- Agent Performance board: duration-based metrics are now available in the HH:MM:SS format for the Individual Performance and Workload Summary export, in addition to the milliseconds expression already offered. The following metrics are additionally expressed in the HH:MM:SS format:
- Total time
- Total hold time
- Total wrap up time
- Avg ring time
- Avg talk time
- Avg hold time
- Avg wrap up time
- Avg handle time
- Agent Performance board: the data contents of Contact Participant Name and Contact Participant Value were reversed with respect to the column headers for the Agent Availability export. The data (not headers) have been swapped to correct this bug
- Queue Caller board: exports has been cleaned up when metrics apply to a deleted device. Going forward Unknown will display on the device column instead of an unfriendly on #Error: Unable to Retrieve message.
- All boards: for exporting, the “CSV file'” and “Print file” buttons have been updated to “Export as CSV” and “Print to PDF” buttons with informative supportive text, based on UX feedback

GoTo Contact Center - October 24, 2024
- Ready duration for Supervisor Dashboards: In the past, a duration counter has been displayed on Supervisor dashboards for statuses such as "Queue Call", "Outbound", and pause reasons such as "Break". However, Ready has not had a duration counter. Ready has now been added and is visible in the Overview, Call queues, and Agents tabs within the Supervisor Dashboard.
GoTo Connect - October 18, 2024
- Incoming call auto answer: We are excited to announce the release of auto answer in the GoTo web & desktop app. This flavor of auto answer allows user to automatically connect incoming calls without having to manually accept the call. - Agent Performance board updates: The former Agent Summary table has been replaced by a two new tables, the first of which is the Individual performance summary which showcases averages, the second of which is the Individual workload summary focused on summations, displaying workloads. Learn more
- For the Individual performance summary, we continue to showcase handled contacts, missed ring attempts and the talk time metrics have been upgraded. A new metric of average ring time is available, and it even includes ring time for missed ring attempts.
- Additionally, there is an all-new Handle time analysis widget allowing easy comparison of agent behavior, both in absolute terms with durations, as well as in relative terms with percentages.
- Individual workload summary is critical for informing workforce staffing, and we want to help our customers ensure adequate staff to meet their business goals. Workload is and industry-standard term for what could also be called Total Average Handle Time. In conjunction with workload we also show transfers and hold counts by agent. These metrics are critical for understanding agent behaviors related to workload and correspondent coachable moments. !

- Manual SMS opt out: Manually opt out customers who no longer want to receive SMS/MMS communications from your organization. Any new SMS/MMS messaging with an opted-out contact or phone number cannot be created or sent until the contact or phone number has been marked as "opted in" to receive SMS/MMS messaging from your organization again. GoTo Connect - July 25, 2024
- WhatsApp(Contact Center and Customer Engagement only): Connect a WhatsApp Business account to the shared inbox so you can receive, manage and respond to messages from customers who send messages from WhatsApp. All interactions will be managed in a new WhatsApp channel in the shared inbox.
- Shared Contacts: All GoTo Connect customers now have the ability to create shared contacts. When a shared contact is created, it will be shared and visible for all team members in your account to see. Add shared contacts individually or in bulk by CSV import.
- Contact Groups: All GoTo Connect customers now have the ability to to create contact groups. Create a group of shared contacts to help keep your shared contacts organized. Learn more!
GoTo Mobile - July 18, 2024
- Shared inbox conversation creation with unknown and multiple numbers:
- You now have the ability to create a conversation with an unknown number that does not match any shared contact in the mobile app. Learn more!
- When creating a new SMS conversation in the mobile app from the shared inbox, team members will be able to select the phone numbers from which the conversation will be created. Learn more!

- Preconfigured templates are available giving users flow examples from which to learn or copy for custom use.

- Tooltips have been added to the flow builder to guide creation and help customers analyze usage of various flow options.

- Supervisor Recovery — The AI sentiment widget within the Supervisor dashboard shows in real-time, the amount of negative sentiment scores of all active calls. This assists Supervisors in improving their grasp of call dynamics, understanding overall customer sentiment, and creating opportunities for them to intervene by listen, whisper or barge to enhance customer satisfaction. - New global filters: New filters for callback offered and callback requested filter all sections of the Queue caller board. Callback offered helps supervisors understand if the given caller was presented with the callback option while in queue. Callback requested helps supervisors understand if the given caller opted into the callback request.
- Callback requests widget: Callbacks awaiting the return call are pending, those returned by the system are characterized as handled, and those with a broken journey are characterized as evicted, for example if the queue is closed while the customer is awaiting the callback.

GoTo Contact Center - September 14, 2023
- Improved the missed contact reporting behavior in the Agent Summary analytics. A missed call occurs when an agent receives a call from a call queue and the call is not answered before the defined timeout. If the ring strategy is set to "All agents" and one of the agents answers the call before the defined timeout, the other agents will no longer present as "missed" in the Agent Summary reporting.

GoTo Mobile App - August 30, 2023
- Improved SMS Experience: Private messaging has a new modern look and feel. When opening a text conversation, users can now enjoy the improved design where the use of directional text bubbles clearly distinguishes between the participants’ messages. Archived texts are now available by selecting the three dots from Messages.
- New Notification Management: Users now have the option to manage their notification preferences for all Voice, Messaging, Inbox and Meeting experiences from the app. Learn more!
- Advanced Presence: Users can now set their presence status in the mobile app just like they can from the desktop and web apps. Learn more!
- New Active Call Capabilities: In an incoming call (Android only), outgoing call and active call screens, we are now showing the business number used in the call as either a call received on or calling from format. Also, users can now simply tap on a call participant and directly access that participant’s contact information. This capability is supported on single, multiple and merged calls use cases.
- Improved Voicemails Notifications Clearing Behavior: Voicemail notifications are now cleared when a user accesses the voicemail rather than just viewing the voicemail from a list of voicemails.
GoTo Messaging Experience - August 24, 2023
- Shared Inbox: Added a new filter Assigned to Others that allows you to see what everyone in your shared inbox team is currently working on. Agents can re-assign the conversation to themselves and a notification will be sent to the original team member that the conversation was re-assigned.

- The GoTo mobile app has revamped the contacts categories to become the following:
- Company: Non-editable users added by your system admin.
- Private: Editable contacts added by the individual user, private to the user.
- Shared: Editable contacts added by a user and shared to all other users in the organization. Only available for Shared Inbox users.
- Local: Non-editable contacts retrieved from the user's mobile device, if permission was given by the user in the device's settings.
- Enhanced voicemail notifications: The user is now taken from the notification directly to the corresponding voicemail details screen where the voicemail can be played and the transcript can be read.

- Interaction overview is a new feature in the Contact Center Analytics that will empower customers with a deeper understanding of their customer phone call interactions by offering the following:
- Call Recording Playback: Access call recordings directly from the Interaction overview.
- Summary Tab: The summary tab presents essential call details, including start time, end time, call duration, outcome, agent involvement, last agent engaged, disposition, and associated tags.
- Details Tab: The details tab showcases the complete call journey from start to finish, which includes call started, ringing/connecting to an agent, agent connection, hold placement, call resumption after hold, blind transfer, voicemail reached, and hang up. Each event is accompanied by a timestamp, duration, agent name, and extension.
- Notes Tab: The notes tab captures any relevant annotations made during the call, ensuring important details and observations are easily accessible and documented for future reference.
- Transcript Tab: View call transcripts between the caller and business.
- Export Button: Directly export the details view as a .csv file.
- You can now activate SMS auto-reply in your call queue settings! This setting automatically sends an SMS to callers who have abandoned the call queue. Learn more!

- Users can now set their own E911 location in the mobile app. An E911 address is the address used to send to emergency services teams when a 911 call is placed through the GoTo app.
- Business numbers in International format. Previous to this release, business numbers were not accurately reflecting the user’s actual location, and were showing as local numbers whereas they were international. With this release, business numbers are now always displayed in International format no matter where the user is, avoiding any confusion.
- Dialling improvements – faster redial. Mimicking native dialler experiences on both Android and iOS, we are now showing the latest dialled number when a user taps on the call button, making it easier for users to redial the last number they called.

- You now have the ability to choose whether or not you would like to send a campaign to contacts with open conversations.
- Add URL links to your text campaigns and decide how the URL links are displayed and presented to recipients. Enable shorten track link to convert URL links into click-track links for click metrics.
- When sending a text campaign, there is a 12-second timer before it sends to your recipients. During this 12- second window, you have the option to pause the campaign from sending and either resume sending the campaign or cancel to put the campaign back into a draft to make edits before resending.
