Explore the contacts page in the GoTo app
From the contacts page of the GoTo app, you can access various features such as all of your personal, company, and shared contacts, your groups, any segments you've created, and the import tool. Select your endpoint below to learn how to use this page.
Desktop or web app

All contacts
- Import your contacts via CSV
- Create new contacts
- Use the filters and search bar to narrow your contact list
- Select a specific contact to see their details and engage with them in various ways (depending on your plan)
Groups
- Create and manage groups of shared contacts
- Select a group to see the members, make changes such as adding or deleting members and changing the group name, or send an outbound text campaign to that group (depending on your plan)
Segments
Segmentation automatically groups your contacts based on common details, which allows you to send more personalized, targeted campaigns to your contacts. Each segment has at least one rule or condition that a contact must meet to be part of that segment. Once the rule is met, the contact is automatically added to the segment. This feature may not be available with your plan.
- View how many contacts are currently in each segment
- Select a segment to see the specific contacts that match the criteria and send an outbound text campaign to that segment if desired
