Add a phone number in GoTo Customer Engagement
Add phone numbers to use when sending campaign, automation and shared inbox messages in GoTo Customer Engagement.
Before you begin: You must be
set up as a user and be assigned the
Manager permission.
Important: If you haven't done so already, you must complete phone number registration with The Campaign Registry (TCR) in order send SMS/MMS messages across the mobile carriers’ network.
Add phone numbers to your
GoTo Customer Engagement account. This will enable selecting a preferred phone number when sending campaign, automation, or shared inbox messages.
