Order New Phone Numbers

Attention: United States carriers are now blocking all unregistered outbound SMS per industry regulations to combat spam. Registration is mandatory for all providers, not just GoTo Connect. Register now to restore or maintain SMS service. GoTo Connect cannot expedite carrier reviews.

Check which numbers are available and place an order for local, toll-free, or vanity numbers.

Rates vary by number type and country. See your initial quote for your specific pricing. If ordering a different number type than originally quoted, the standard rates will be applied. If you would like to port or transfer a phone number, please refer to Port Existing Phone Numbers for more information.

GoTo Admin

If you're an admin who signs in at https://my.jive.com/pbx, these steps are for you.
Before you begin: You must have an admin or super admin role to perform this task.
  1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
  2. From Phone system (phone in a cloud) icon Phone system > Phone numbers, select + Order new numbers.
  3. Select your region.
  4. For Local numbers, enter your desired area code. For Toll-free numbers, choose the desired starting number(s) for the toll-free number. Then select Search for numbers to see a list of available phone numbers to +Add.
  5. Optional: Add Caller ID name to your phone number(s). Then select Next.
  6. Optional: Add Directory listing to help make it easier for your customers to reach out to you.
  7. Carefully review and verify your port order and ensure all the details are accurate before selecting Place order.
What to do next: Once you have submitted your order, you will be automatically taken to your account to route your new phone number(s). If a manual order was placed on your behalf, our Telecom team will reach out to you by email with updates.

PBX Administration (classic)

If you're an admin who signs in at https://my.jive.com/pbx, these steps are for you. Check which numbers are available and place an order for local, toll-free, or vanity numbers. Only available in the United States and Canada.
Before you begin: You must have an admin or super admin role to perform this task.
Rates vary by number type and country. See your initial quote for your specific pricing. If ordering a different number type than originally quoted, the standard rates will be applied. The ordering process below is the same regardless if the number will be permanently or temporarily used.
  1. Sign in to PBX Administration (classic).
  2. Select Phone Numbers in the left sidebar and then select Order New.
    Note: If you get a message that there are no numbers currently available, please continue to complete the online steps. Doing so will place a manual order with our Telecom team on your behalf.
  3. Optional: If you order a number for temporary use, please email numbers@goto.com when you are ready to remove the phone number(s) from your account.
What to do next: Once you have submitted your order, you will be automatically taken to your account to route your new phone number(s). If a manual order was placed on your behalf, our Telecom team will reach out to you by email with updates.
