Set up GoTo for Microsoft Teams

Embed GoTo Connect in your Microsoft Teams app to use phone, messaging and Contact Center features.

Step 1: Download the GoTo for Microsoft Teams desktop plugin

Download the version of the plugin that’s right for your operating system.
Open and run the downloaded install file.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
The plugin will need to be running to use GoTo for Microsoft Teams.
1. Windows: You’ll see the GoTo icon in your system tray when the plugin is running.
2. Mac: You’ll see the GoTo icon in your menu bar when the plugin is running.

Step 2: Install the GoTo Teams app

Go to GoTo for Microsoft Teams and select Get it now.
Once installed, select GoTo from the left navigation menu in your Microsoft Teams account.

Note: If the app doesn’t load, you may prompted to start the plugin or sign in to GoTo.
