Create custom reusable templates or select one of our pre-defined templates to make campaign messaging a breeze.

1. Sign in to the desktop or web app.
2. From Engage > Campaigns, select Create template.
3. Add a name, message, any customizations if desired such as company variables, links, or surveys, and then select a Category to save this template under.
4. Review the message for accuracy and then select Save when finished.
5. To edit an existing template, select the desired entry from Templates, make any needed changes, and then select Save when finished.
   Tip: Use the search bar and/or the available filters to narrow down the results.
6. To create a new text campaign directly from a template, hover over the desired template and select .
