Which file types are supported for MMS?
Below are the file size limitations and supported file types for sending and receiving MMS. Texting is only available in the US, Canada, UK and Australia.
Note: File size restrictions (desktop and mobile):
- Maximum amount of files sent at once: 10
- Total file size limit: 2MB
- Individual file size limit: 1MB
- Image Compression for Web: 50MB

- Maximum amount of files sent at once: 10
- Total file size limit: 25MB
- Individual file size limit:
- Audio: 16MB
- Video: 16MB
- Document: 25MB
- Image Compression for Web: 50MB
