How do I forward texts to my email?

Forward text messages to your email. Texting is only available in the US and Canada.

Before you begin: To forward text messages, a system admin must enable this feature for you.
  1. Sign in to the desktop or web app.
  2. Select your profile picture in the top right and then choose Settings.
  3. From Messages, turn on inbound and/or outbound text to email forwarding for your desired phone number(s).

    Result: Texts can only be forwarded to your account email address. Email communications will be sent from @goto.com, @jive.com or @jivecommunications.com. Please ensure these domains are allowed so that emails are not automatically filtered as spam.
