How do I forward texts to my email?

Forward text messages to your email. Texting is only available in the US and Canada.

Before you begin: To forward text messages, a system admin must enable this feature for you.
About this task: You must have texting enabled on your phone number.
  1. Log in to GoToConnect desktop or web.
  2. Click GoToConnect Settings Icon in the left sidebar and then choose Settings.
  3. From Messages, turn on text to email forwarding for your desired phone number(s).

    Result: Texts can only be forwarded to your account email address. Email communications will be sent from jivecommunications.com, jive.com or goto.com. Please ensure these domains are allowed so that emails are not automatically filtered as spam.
