Enable text to email forwarding for users in the admin portal
Allow users to set up text to email forwarding in the desktop app.
GoTo Admin
If you're an admin who signs in at https://admin.goto.com, these steps are for you.
You must have
texting enabled on your phone number.
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- Select
People and then choose the user.
- From Messages, enable Let users enable text-to-email forwarding.
What to do next: Instruct the user how to
set up text to email forwarding now that the option has been enabled.
PBX Administration (classic)
If you're an admin who signs in at https://my.jive.com/pbx, these steps are for you.
You must have
texting enabled on your phone number.
- Sign in to PBX Administration (classic).
- From the left navigation menu, select Users and then choose the user that needs text to email forwarding enabled.
- From , enable Allow Text to Email Forwarding.
- Select Save.
What to do next: Instruct the user how to
set up text to email forwarding now that the option has been enabled.
