How do I enable text to email forwarding for a user?
Allow users to set up text to email forwarding in the desktop app.
GoTo Admin
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- Select
People and then choose the user.
- Select the Messages tab.
- Enable Let users enable text-to-email forwarding
PBX Administration (classic)
- Sign in to PBX Administration (classic).
- Select Users in the left navigation and then choose the user that needs text to email forwarding enabled.
- From , enable Allow Text to Email Forwarding.
- Select Save.
