How do I check the status of my orders?
Check order status
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
, search for and select the order you want to view the details of/check for updates.Tip: To speed up your search, you can filter by order status or you can sort by order number or order type.
- Optional: Select in the top-right to change or cancel the port date on a pending order.
- Equipment — Generally arrives in 10-12 business days once paid for
- New Numbers — Immediately available
- Ported Numbers — Generally transfer within 15-18 business days if the submitted information is accurate

How do I check my order status?
- Sign in to PBX Administration (classic) at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- Select Orders in the left navigation menu.
- Search for and choose the order you want to check for updates.
Tip: To speed up your search, you can filter by order type or you can sort by order number, creation date, or modified date.
