What are the differences between the old billing portal and the new billing portal?
- Access to the billing portal directly within GoToAdmin
- The very same features as you have in the billing portal today
- Easier access to download your invoices and detailed bill reports
Where can I access the new billing portal?
You will access the new billing portal in https://admin.goto.com/ and by selecting Billing from the left navigation. The old billing portal ( https://my.jive.com/billing/) will automatically be redirected to the new billing portal in GoTo Admin.
I don't use GoTo Admin. Will I be able to access the billing portal from the PBX Administration portal?
Yes! You can access the new billing portal from either the PBX Administration (classic) portal or from the GoTo Admin portal:
- Sign in to PBX Administration (classic) at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- Select in the top right corner of the PBX Administration portal.
- Select Billing. You will be automatically taken to the new billing portal in GoTo Admin.
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- From the left navigation menu, select Billing.
What features have changed?
All the features you know and love in the old billing portal will remain the same in the new one! The only change is its new location in GoTo Admin.
When will this change happen?
The new experience will be made available to you on November 13, 2024, but you will still have access to the old portal until the end of the month.
