Set your schedule

Create a schedule for when you’d like to receive calls and notifications.

Important: Your schedule and DND status will be updated per your user account’s time zone, not your browser’s time zone. Learn more about updating your account’s time zone.

Desktop or web app

Your profile status must be set to auto-update to allow your schedule to update your availability.
  1. Sign in to the desktop or web app.
  2. From the top right corner, select your profile picture, and then select Settings.
  3. Select Schedule and then enable Work schedule.
  4. From Work hours, select Edit Icon to edit the default work hours. Make sure your account has the correct time zone selected.
    1. To add a new row, select + Add time.
    2. To remove a row, select X.
    3. To reset the schedule back to the default (Monday – Friday 9 am-5 pm), select Reset to default.
    Tip: You can include your lunch hour by having two rows for each day, for example, Monday, 9 am – 12 pm and Monday, 1 pm – 5 pm.
  5. Select Confirm.

    Result: Do not disturb after hours is automatically selected to set your status to DND outside of your working hours. Your do not disturb hours apply to all your accounts. To avoid schedule conflicts, we recommend maintaining 1 work schedule for all accounts.

  6. Optional: Add holidays, PTO, or other exceptions to your normal work schedule.
    1. From Custom hours, select + Add custom hours.
    2. Enter a name for this customization and then choose your Start and End date and time.
    3. Optional: Check the box for Do not disturb during these hours to set your status to DND during the custom hours you have set.
    4. Select Confirm.
  7. Select Save.

Mobile app

Your profile status must be set to auto-update to allow your schedule to update your availability.
  1. Sign in to the mobile app.
  2. From your profile picture in the top left, select Schedule > Work schedule
  3. Under Weekly schedule, select each day to set up your available hours. Add a new entry for the day by selecting Add more hours from each day. Make sure your account has the correct time zone selected.

    Result: Do not disturb after hours is automatically selected to set your status to DND outside of your working hours. Your do not disturb hours apply to all your accounts. To avoid schedule conflicts, we recommend maintaining 1 work schedule for all accounts.

  4. Optional: Add holidays, PTO, or other exceptions to your normal work schedule.
    1. Select Add custom hours.
    2. Enter a name for this customization and then choose your Start and End date and time.
    3. Optional: Enable the toggle for Do not disturb during these hours to set your status to DND during the custom hours you have set.
  5. Select Save.
