How do I use presence monitoring in the app?
View the availability of contacts on your system and learn how the different types of statuses are prompted.

Status | How it works | Visible on |
---|---|---|
Available | The user is active on at least one device:
As needed, users can override any busy state by manually setting themselves to Available. |

Unavailable | The user is not active on any devices.
Note: Users with desk phones will always appear available.

Busy | The user's status will show:
|
|
Do Not Disturb | The user has enabled Do Not Disturb.
Note: This feature is available for all Cisco, Polycom, and Yealink phones we support.

Away | Not available at present time. | |
Auto-update | The user's status will sync with calls, meetings, and calendar events to show the appropriate status. |
