How do I use presence monitoring in the app?

    Note:
    Status How it works Visible on
    Available Available Status Icon The user is active on at least one device:
    • The desktop or web app is open.
    • The mobile app has been logged in to.
    • Desk phone is plugged in.

    • Mobile app
    Unavailable Unavailable Status Icon The user is not active on any devices.
    Note: Users with desk phones will always appear available.

    Busy Busy Status Icon The user is on an active call or meeting.

    Do Not Disturb Do Not Disturb Status Icon The user has enabled Do Not Disturb.
