- Assign a user group manager: Assign a user as a user group manager so they can have access to manage and edit a specific user group's users. This allows flexibility to have different roles manage users groups without giving them full Admin or Super admin permissions. Learn more!
- Call Volume column in Dial Plans table: A new Call Volume column has been added to the dial plan table. This shows the count of all calls in a dial plan for the given timeframe selected. Choose from the last hour, last 24 hours, last 7 days and last 30 days. Learn more!

GoTo Admin Portal – April 28, 2023
- Admins will now have the ability to set E911 alerts per location. Historically when a 911 call is placed, alerts were only sent out to the emails that are specified in the global emergency alert section for all locations. Now with this feature, Admins can set up an individual's email for a specific location so they receive an email alert if a 911 call is placed at that location. Learn more!

GoTo Admin Portal – April 5, 2023
- Admins can now view GoTo Network Test probes in map view in GoTo Admin. The probe worldmap allows Admins to geographically locate, inspect, and monitor network performance. - Admins can now create and use billing groups to sort billable phone numbers, users, and devices by custom groups (e.g., location, department, accounting code, etc.) on their invoice. Try it now!

- Announce call: Tells the extension called upon answer and gives users the choice to accept the call.
- Screen call: Asks callers for their name and records their response. Plays the recorded name upon answer and gives users the choice to accept the call.
This feature is not available in the Classic Jive administrative portal.
