Dashboard - April 9, 2025
- Admin analytics dashboard. Admins can now launch a new analytics dashboard from GoTo Admin where they can filter data by organizer. Learn more.

- Handout limit increased. Organizers can now upload up to 15 handouts per session. Previously the limit was 5.
Dashboard - March 26, 2025
- Interprefy integration. Organizers can now add Interprefy to sessions so that attendees can listen to the audio portion of the event using a language of their choosing. Learn more.
Dashboard - March 24, 2025
- Delete past webinars. Organizers have better control over their dashboard cleanliness with this new ability to permanently delete past webinars, including series. Deleted webinars will not be removed from recordings, analytics, or other reports. Learn more.
Dashboard – November 4, 2024
- Enhanced domain restriction options. Organizers can now choose between creating an allow list and a block list for domains that attendees can register with.
Dashboard – September 20, 2024
- Re-send follow up emails. Once the initial follow-up email has been sent, organizers can now edit and r e-send a follow-up email one additional time. This is available for all webinar types outside of pre-recorded sessions.

- Bulk registration updates. Instead of the entire upload failing due to 1+ issues, organizers can now have partial successes and will receive a detailed list of which entries failed and why when applicable.

Dashboard - July 8, 2024
- Run Webcasts in GoTo app. Organizers can now host Webcast events in the GoTo app when they enable the new experience from the dashboard. Schedule them the same way as before and see Use the control panel to run your session for help with the new in-session experience.

- Registration domain restriction. You can now restrict up to 50 domains rather than just 10.

- AI Summaries. Organizers can generate AI summaries of recorded and transcribed sessions, including key topics and decisions, that can then be shared out to other participants, saving both time and effort.
Webinars – May 8, 2024
- CC/Subtitles available for Recorded Webinar events. When a session is recorded and transcribed and then used to schedule a Recorded Webinar event, closed captions will be available for participants to enable. Closed captions are currently available in English only.

- Bulk registration updates. Organizers will now see detailed error messages (if applicable) when bulk registration uploads fail.

Desktop app (v10.20.0, b19992) – April 4, 2024
- Fixed an issue where the app interface disappeared on macOS Sonoma 14.4 devices with operating system language set to German, Italian, and French.
Dashboard – March 20, 2024
- Organizers can customize certifications. Organizers and co-organizers can now customize various items on the certificates, such as the brand, logo, signature option, role, etc. The default certificate color was changed from gray to blue.

- Organizers can add up to 49 co-organizers to Recorded webinars. Co-organizers are able to edit webinar details, receive and answer questions, and generate reports.
Note: Only those on the same GoTo Webinar account can be assigned as co-organizers. External co-organizers are not supported at this time.
Dashboard – December 14, 2023
- Generate transcripts for webinar recordings. Once enabled (either manually or automatically), attendees can view the transcripts and search for keywords along with the webinar recording.
Note: Previously transcripts were only available if the recording was uploaded onto GoTo Stage.

Classic GoTo Admin Center (v5.47.0) – September 6, 2023
- Remote control for attendees Admins can now configure the "Remote control for attendees" feature to choose between allowing organizers to choose if they want to let attendees have remote control and if so, there is an additional setting to allow attendees make the request. This feature is disabled by default. The following settings are available:
- Enabled - Organizers can choose to share control of their keyboard and mouse with attendees.
- Let organizers choose if attendees can request remote control access.
- Disabled - Organizers cannot share control of their keyboard or mouse in any session.
- Enabled - Organizers can choose to share control of their keyboard and mouse with attendees.

- Emails sent from GoTo Webinar (such as confirmation and registration emails) have a new look and feel. Emails include the same details with an improved layout to the session date and time, feature image, and content alignment

Dashboard – December 15, 2022
- Co-organizers can now own the webinar if the scheduling organizer is suspended or deleted from an account. Until a co-organizer does, no one will be able to register, start, or join the webinar
Note: If there are no co-organizers on the session and the organizer is removed from the account, the webinar will be lost.
Dashboard & Registration Pages – December 13, 2022
- Improvements have been made to the State and Country registration questions. These include:
- If organizers include State/Province as part of the registration questions, Country is automatically selected.
- Registrants must choose their Country/Region first before entering their State/Province.
- The State/Province list is filtered based on the country that is selected.

Organizers can
add Recorded events (formerly known as "
Simulated Live webinars") to a virtual event. When adding the Recorded event, organizers can update the Q&A, Survey, Polls, and Handouts fields for that specific session.
Note: Scheduling organizers will be able to change the recording until the scheduled start time. Co-organizers do not have the ability to edit the recording.

- Event updates are sent to staff members (organizers and panelists) and registrants.
- Organizers can send event reminder emails to staff members.
- Follow-up emails are sent to registrants.

- Webinar event type descriptions have been updated in the dashboard

- Past virtual events are listed in reverse chronological order from most recent to oldest

Running the new OS prompts you to allow screen recording when you share a screen or take a screenshot in GoToMeeting.
