Resend invitations to co-organizers and panelists
Resend invitations to staff members (co-organizers and panelists) from the dashboard to ensure you're sending the same unique Join link.
Webinars
- Next to the applicable staff member's name, select
> Resend Invitation.
Result: You'll see a "The invitation email was resent" notification.
Virtual events
- Sign in to your account at https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com.
- Select Virtual Events, then find and select the scheduled virtual event.
- Select Agenda & Sessions. Find the session, then select > Edit.
- Under Speakers, find the panelist and select > Resend Invitation.
Results: You'll see a "The invitation email was resent" notification.
