Set up features and external functionaltiy
There are some features and functionalities that must be set up by an admin before use.
- PBX capability – Use the audio device as a regular phone (supported on the Polycom Trio only).
- 3rd party join – Join a 3rd party meeting solution such as Zoom, WebEx, Google Meet, etc.).
- Mobile room launcher – Start a room meeting from the GoTo Meeting mobiel app (enabled by default).
- Custom wallpaper – Change the display backgroudn across all room systems.
