Configure Room Launcher Setting

Admins can enable or disable the Room Launcher for all GoToRoom devices in the account. By default, the setting is enabled.

  1. Sign in to the LogMeIn Admin Center at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
  2. Click Admin Settings in the left navigation.
  3. Under GoToRoom, find Room Launcher and click Edit.
  4. Enable or disable the feature.

    • Enabled – GoToMeeting users can find nearby rooms via bluetooth and start a meeting from their mobile device. Once enabled, there are two privacy settings available.
      • You can require users to confirm on the room system before the meeting is launched.
      • You can allow only users specific to your account to start a meeting.
    • Disabled – None of your rooms systems can be found via bluetooth.

  5. Click Save.
