Configure Room Launcher Setting

Admins can enable or disable the Room Launcher for all GoTo Room devices in the account. By default, the setting is enabled.
  1. Sign in to the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at
  2. Select Admin Settings in the navigation menu.
  3. Under GoTo Room, find Room Launcher and select Edit.
  4. Enable or disable the feature.
    • Enabled – GoTo Meeting users can find nearby rooms via bluetooth and start a meeting from their mobile device. Once enabled, there are two privacy settings available.
      • You can require users to confirm on the room system before the meeting is launched.
      • You can allow only users specific to your account to start a meeting.
    • Disabled – None of your rooms systems can be found via bluetooth.
  5. Select Save.
