Admins can enable or disable the Room Launcher for all GoTo Room devices in the account. By default, the setting is enabled.
- Sign in to the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
- Select Admin Settings in the navigation menu.
- Under GoTo Room, find Room Launcher and select Edit.
- Enable or disable the feature.
- Enabled – GoTo Meeting users can find nearby rooms via bluetooth and start a meeting from their mobile device. Once enabled, there are two privacy settings available.
- You can require users to confirm on the room system before the meeting is launched.
- You can allow only users specific to your account to start a meeting.
- Disabled – None of your rooms systems can be found via bluetooth.
- Select Save.
