How do I change the GoTo Room screen wallpaper?

    Admins can add a custom image to display as the GoTo Room display background. This image can be a .PNG or .JPG file of 1920x1080 pixels and 10MB in size.

    Attention: This is not applicable to a GoTo Meeting session. To change your webcam background during a GoTo Meeting session, see How do I change my webcam background?
    1. Sign in to the classic GoTo Admin Center at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
    2. Select Admin Settings in the left navigation menu.
    3. Under GoToRoom, select Upload in the Home Screen Wallpaper field.
      Note: If you do not see the GoTo Room section, you do not have GoTo Room as a product. If you are looking to change your GoTo Meeting webcam background, see How do I change my webcam background?
    4. Select an image from your computer and select Save.
    5. Your GoTo Room display will be updated with the new image.
