How do I change the settings on a dial plan?
Update the settings on a dial plan as needed.
- If you are not already, sign in to your admin portal.
- From , find the dial plan that needs changes made.
- Hover over the dial plan to choose what you want to do:
- Select + Add Dial Plan to add a new dial plan/call flow to your account.
- Select the name of the dial plan to make changes to the call flow.
- Hover over a dial plan and select
to make changes to the name or extension number of the dial plan. - Hover over a dial plan and select
to make a copy of the dial plan.If you already have an existing dial plan, you can clone it, make edits within that copy, and then try it out without altering your original dial plan or starting from nothing. This can be very useful when trying something new!
- Hover over a dial plan and select
to export the dial plan. - Hover over a dial plan and select
trashcan icon to delete the dial plan.
Tip: While on any tab in a dial plan's profile, you can use the breadcrumb on the top-left to go back to the main list or use the arrows to navigate each dial plan's detail page.
