How do I make changes to call flow in the dial plan editor?

Customize your dial plans to better direct customer calls. You can allow callers to simply dial your extensions or directory names, or you can give them various options such as connecting to a conference room or waiting in a call queue.
Before you begin: You must be assigned an Admin or Super admin role to perform this task.
  1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
  2. From Phone system > Dial plans, select the dial plan that needs changes made.
  3. Choose what you want to do:
    • If this is a new dial plan, choose a template and begin building your flow by completing or editing the various nodes.
    • If this is an existing dial plan, re-arrange and edit the various nodes as needed using the drag and drop method.
What to do next: To activate this dial plan, route a phone number to the associated extension number.
