Why are there multiple admin centers?
Please excuse our mess! We are currently in the process of transitioning all accounts to a new and improved admin experience in the GoTo Admin portal, which will allow you to easily set up and manage all of your products in a single place.
While we work on developing this incredible unified experience for you, you may continue to use your existing admin portals for some time (depending on which products subscriptions you have and when you purchased them). As such, the content for those admin portals will be maintained on our product support sites, while content for GoTo Admin will be housed in this separate set of articles and FAQs.
- If you use https://admin.goto.com to administrate your account, then you're in the right place! You're using the GoTo Admin portal, and the articles on this site are made just for you. You can use the GoTo Admin support site at https://support.goto.com/admin and the Get Help widget within the GoTo Admin portal itself to get help.
- If you use https://my.jive.com/pbx to administrate your account, then you're using the Jive Admin portal. You can find help on the GoTo Connect support site.
- If you use https://admin.logmeininc.com to administrate your account, then you're using the classic GoTo Admin Center. You can select your product here to search for admin info on the product support sites.
