How do I manage my schedules?

View and manage all of your schedules in one place.
Before you begin: You must be assigned an Admin or Super admin role to perform this task.
  1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
  2. From Phone system > Schedules, can view a list of all your schedules and various details about each of them.
  3. Optional: Choose your viewing preferences for the list:
    Viewing preference How-to
    Customize the list Select Table Settings Icon.
    Sort the list Select a column header.
  4. Choose what you want to do:
    Option How-to
    Add a schedule Select + Add schedule, fill out the form, and then select Save.
    View or change settings Choose a schedule to view more details and/or make changes to its settings.
    Delete a schedule Hover over a schedule and select Trash Can Icon
  5. From Phone System > Schedules, view a list of all your schedules.
