How do I integrate with Cox Automotive?

Streamline your customer calls with GoToConnect for Cox Automotive. Make calls directly from the integration and view important customer information during a call.

Before you begin: Contact your Project Manager or Service Account Manager to enable this integration for your system.

Enable Access for LogMeIn in your DealerTrack DMS

Before you begin:
Note: You must have DealerTrack Administrator permissions.
Follow the steps here to enable LogMeIn as a certified vendor in your DealerTrack DMS.

Link DealerTrack DMS to GoToConnect

Before you begin: You must have admin or super admin permissions.
  1. Log in to the integrations dashboard at https://my.jive.com/integrations.

    If you have access to multiple systems, click General in the left sidebar and then choose the desired PBX from the drop down menu.

  2. Click Cox Automotive in the left sidebar.
  3. Enter your dealership's Enterprise Code and Company number.
  4. Click Link Account.

Download and Install the Cox Automotive integration

Before you begin: Users will need to follow the steps below once the two previous tasks have been completed.
  1. Download and install GoToConnect Integration for Cox Automotive for your operating system:
  2. Open and log in to GoToConnect Integration for Cox Automotive with your GoToConnect credentials.
  3. Choose your Line.
What to do next: When you initiate a call from the app, it first sends the call to your desk phone or softphone (the app must be open), waits for you to pick it up, and then finally completes the call to the outbound number.
