Integrate with Zapier

Use GoTo Connect's Zapier integration to connect with other apps and automate workflows.

Before you begin: You must be signed in to your Zapier account.
  1. When creating a new Zap, search for and select GoToConnect for your trigger or action.
  2. Choose a trigger or action event.
  3. Select Continue and then select Sign in toGoTo Connect.
  4. In the new window, log in with your GoTo Connect credentials.
  5. Enter the relevant information below depending on which trigger or action you chose:
    Option Description
    Organization ID Select your organization.
    Phone Number Select the phone number you want to be watched for the trigger you chose.
    Extension Select the extension you want to be watched for the trigger you chose.
    Phone Number or Extension Select the phone number or extension you want to be watched for call triggers.
    Owner Number Select which phone number you'd like the Send SMS action to come from.
    Note: The phone number chosen must have SMS enabled.
    Contact Number Select which phone number you'd like the Send SMS action to be sent to.
    Note: The phone number chosen must have SMS enabled.
    Message Body Enter the message you'd like to receive based on the trigger you chose.
