Integrate your phone system with Salesforce Lightning or Salesforce Classic. Each time you make or receive calls, GoTo Connect’s widget automatically looks for any customers that match the caller ID and logs the call with the option to add call notes.

Create a pick list of custom call dispositions in Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning and then link them to the GoTo Connect integration.

Configure the integration in your Salesforce account
Enable the phone and notes features of the GoTo Connect Integration for Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning for your organization.
- Go to .
- Select Edit next to inactive line items with "jif6QH2I3t7Mptz" under Namespace Prefix.
- Select the checkbox next to Active and then select Save.
