Use the order dashboard to view the details and latest status on your equipment, new number, or number transfer order(s).
- If you are not already, sign in to your admin portal.
- From , search for and select the order you want to view the details of/check for updates.
Tip: To speed up your search, you can filter by order status or you can sort by order number or order type.
- Optional: Select in the top-right to change or cancel the port date on a pending order.
- Equipment — Generally arrives in 10-12 business days once paid for
- New Numbers — Immediately available
- Ported Numbers — Generally transfer within 15-18 business days if the submitted information is accurate
