How do I allow a direct extension or ring group to receive incoming faxes?
Avoid physical fax machines and dedicated fax lines by setting up a line or ring group to accept calls and virtual faxes.
Before you begin:
- You must be assigned an Admin or Super admin role to perform this task.
- To receive faxes, you must route a phone number to their extension. Watch video!
- If the user needs the ability to receive faxes larger than 10 MB, make sure to enable storage for larger faxes.
Available for United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Australia, France, Spain, and Austria. Virtual faxing is
supported internationally to
50+ countries for free, excluding Mexico and Brazil.
Note: As Austria is not part of the free countries, only EMEA countries can fax to Austria.
