How do I set up voicemail transcription on my line?
Enable voicemail transcription on your line.
Voicemail transcriptions are available in English and Spanish only.
- Log in to the desktop or web app.
- Select your profile picture in the top right and then choose Settings.
- Expand Voice in the left sidebar and then choose Voicemail.
- From Voicemail box, enable Voicemail transcription.
Language is NOT automatically detected when language transcription is enabled. Transcription will be shown in the language set for the line by your admin.
What to do next: View your voicemail transcriptions in the mobile app or receive an email of the transcription by setting up email notifications.
