Set up screen pop
Set up screen pop to open a browser window with contact search results on incoming calls.
Customizable screen pops
- Sign in to the desktop or web app.
- Select your profile picture from the top right, select , and then select Calls.
- From Screen pop, select the toggle to enable screen pops.
- From Open browser when, choose one of the following:
- Call is ringing: Launches the screen pop once the incoming call rings.
- Call is answered: Launches the screen pop once you answer the call.
- To add websites to search (by phone number) when an incoming call is received, select + Add a website.
- For the new website, enter the Name and URL.
- Add <> Parameters to the URL following the options listed below.
${CNAM} Searches the caller’s name (i.e., Jennifer Morton). ${CNUM(dashes)} Searches the caller’s number with dashes (i.e., 877-867-5309). ${CNUM(e164)} Searches the caller’s number in the 164 international formats (i.e., 18778675309). ${CNUM} Searches the caller’s number without dashes (i.e., 8778675309).
- Select Save.
Integrated CRM screen pop
For accounts that have the integration bundle add-on, users can enable screen pop in the desktop or web app. When an incoming call matches a contact within a synced CRM, the app will automatically open the CRM URL saved for the contact.
- Sign in to the desktop or web app.
- Select your profile picture from the top right, select , and then select Calls.
- From Screen pop, select the toggle to enable screen pops.
- From Open browser when, choose one of the following:
- Call is ringing: Launches the screen pop once the incoming call rings.
- Call is answered: Launches the screen pop once you answer the call.
