- Select the security status icon
to the left of the web address.
- Select Allow for your camera and microphone.

- Unlock (select) the lock icon in the lower-left to allow you to make changes to your preferences.
- Select Camera and then enable the toggle next to an app (GoTo) that needs camera access.
- Select Microphone and then enable the toggle next to an app (GoTo) that needs mic access.

- Select Camera in the left sidebar and then enable access for the app (GoTo) that needs to use the camera.
- If this option is grayed out, make sure Let apps use my camera hardware is enabled.
- From Privacy, select Microphone in the left sidebar and then enable access for the app (GoTo) that needs to use the mic.
- If this option is grayed out, make sure Let apps use my microphone is enabled.

- Go to a site that wants to use your camera and mic.
- From the pop up, select your camera and/or microphone.
Tip: Select Remember this decision to set your selections as default.
- Select Allow.
