What are my call recording storage options?
Learn what options you have to store call recordings. Both allow you to use our call playback feature.
GoTo Admin
If you're an admin who signs in at https://admin.goto.com, these steps are for you.
System Storage
This option allows you to access your call recordings directly from your account for free. This is a great option when you are not in need of long term storage, as we only keep the recording for up to 13 months. You can learn more about how to set up this option here.
AWS Hosted Storage
This option allows you to access your call recordings by using Amazon’s cloud storage service for a very minimal fee. Currently, Amazon’s Secure Simple Storage (Amazon S3) is the only approved third-party hosting solution for recorded calls. You can learn more about how to set up this option here. If you already have an S3 bucket, you can connect it to your account to start storing call recordings.
