How do I manage my GoToRoom settings in GoTo Admin?
Update your default GoToRoom settings as needed.
Depending on your role, you will also have a
User Settings tab where you can view the features available on a user level for this product and launch the bulk change tool.
Before you begin: You must be assigned an Admin or Super admin
role to perform this task.
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- From
, customize your settings.
- Calendar integration – Connect and add your calendar service to meeting GoToRoom.
- Home screen wallpaper – Change the background wallpaper of the GoToRoom home screen.
- Room launcher – Allow users to find nearby GoToRoom systems via bluetooth and start or join meetings directly from the iOS or Android app. Select Edit for additional launcher settings.
- Select Save.
