How do I give a user and user group reporting permissions?

Give users or user groups reporting permissions to analyze call performance and to access system call reports and the Real Time and History pages in Contact Center.

Before you begin: You must have super admin permissions.
  1. Log in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
  2. Click Permissions in the left sidebar.
  3. From General > General Permissions > Who, select the user or user group that needs reporting permissions.
  4. Check View reports from Permissions.
  5. Optional: If a user needs to access the call recordings, check View Reports and then Access Call Recordings from Permissions.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Optional: To remove a user or user group, hover over the user or user group you would like to remove and then click Admin Portal Trash Icon. Click Save.
