What do the capabilities icons mean in GoTo Admin?
The capability icons listed by each user help you understand what functions a user can do based on their assigned licenses, such as the ability to make and receive calls, host meetings, or remotely assist others.

Note: If a product icon appears faded or opaque, it is because the user has received a welcome email but has not yet accepted the invitation in the email.

Phone: Users can make and receive phone calls using the GoTo app or a physical device provisioned to their GoTo Connect account. | |
Meeting: Users can start/host meetings using the product they have provisioned (GoTo Connect, GoTo Meeting, or GoTo Training). | |
Webinar: Users can host webinars and access the other features associated with GoTo Webinar. | |
Training: Users have access to live on-demand training software | |
Customer Engagement: Users can send SMS/MMS campaign messages and allows access to a multi-channel shared inbox in their GoTo Connect account. | |
Attendant console: An extension of the GoTo Connect softphone that allows users to streamline call management by efficiently handling incoming calls, transferring them to the right extensions, and managing call routing.
Important: Users with this product license will have full visibility to all ongoing calls within their GoTo Connect account.
