Delete phone numbers

Remove unused phone numbers from your account as needed.

GoTo Admin

If you're an admin who signs in at https://admin.goto.com, these steps are for you.

Before you begin: You must have an admin or super admin role to perform this task.

Sign in to GoTo Admin.
From Phone System > Phone Numbers, select the number that you need to delete.
Select > Delete .
Select Delete again once you have redirected or removed any resources currently associated to the phone number.
Result: Customers under contract for a set number of phone numbers will not be able to lower their monthly bill beyond the contracted amount. You can reactivate the number at any time during this 30-day window by opening the phone number detail page and then selecting Reactivate in the top right. After the 30 days, the number is permanently deleted.

If you're an admin who signs in at https://my.jive.com/pbx, these steps are for you.

Sign in to .
Select Phone Numbers in the left sidebar.
Select next to the phone number(s) that you want removed.
Select Delete once you have redirected or removed any resources currently associated to the phone number(s).
Result: Customers under contract for a set number of phone numbers will not be able to lower their monthly bill beyond the contracted amount. You can reactivate the number at any time during this 30-day window by opening the phone number detail page and then selecting Reactivate in the top right. After the 30 days, the number is permanently deleted.
