Route calls to a cell phone
Learn what options you have to take calls on your cell phone such as using our GoTo app, routing a phone number to your mobile phone, or using the call forward feature.
Route Phone Number
Route a phone number on your account to a specific type of dial plan to receive those calls on your cell phone directly.
Before you begin: You must have an admin or super admin
role to perform this task.
- From
Phone System > Dial Plans, select Add Dial Plan.
Use Mobile App
Use the
GoTo app on your mobile device to make and receive business calls.
- Download the mobile version of our softphone app.
- Sign in with your GoTo Connect credentials to make and receive calls.
- Learn what else you can do in our app.
Set Up Call Forward
Use call forwarding to permanently or temporarily direct calls to your cell phone.
Choose your preferred method for setting up call forwarding:
- Set up on your desk phone.
- Use *72 + your cell phone number.
- Route the phone number to your direct extension and then customize your find me follow me settings in the GoTo app.
