Prevent unauthorized phone number transfers
Request a four to eight-digit pin to protect your phone numbers from being transferred without your authorization.
Before you begin: You must have the
super admin role.
There are three ways to set a phone number port-out passcode:

| Send an email request to numbers@goto.com. Our telecommunications teams will check for transfer pin availability with the carrier and then respond to your request. |
What to do next: You will need to provide this passcode any time you request to port a phone number away from our service.
