How do I report an issue?

    Report audio, screen-sharing, camera, and other issues to the GoTo engineering team.

    The following data is shared with the engineering team solely for troubleshooting purposes.
    • Name and email addresses of all meeting participants
    • Organizer user and account keys
    • Meeting title
    • Local log files
    • Encrypted data uploaded on our servers
    1. In the meeting, select More icon in the top toolbar.
    2. Select Report an issue.
    3. Fill out the issue form, then select Send report.
    Take note of your report ID! To follow up with your report, you can contact Customer Support by selecting Call Support at the bottom of this article or check the latest releases for a fix.
