Set my E911 location
Set your own E911 location. An E911 address is the address used to send to emergency services teams when a 911 call is placed through the GoTo app. E911 is available only for the U.S. and Canada.
Important: You will need to update your E911 location anytime you move or work from a different location.

Mobile app
Attention: When a user places an emergency call from the GoTo mobile app, GoTo defaults to the native dialer of the smartphone. This allows the wireless provider to handle the call, including determining the location of the call via GPS. However, if wireless service is unavailable but a network connection (e.g., wi-fi) is available, GoTo will attempt to place the emergency call and will use the location information associated with the user in the GoTo Admin Portal. Please keep this information current.
- From the mobile app, select your profile picture from the top left.

- If you don't see Emergency location and you're in the U.S. or Canada, an admin must contact support to enable this feature by selecting Contact Support.
.
- Enter your address and then select Save.
- You will see Pending under your address while the system attempts to validate your address. You must correct your address if the status changes to Invalid Address.
