How do I start a scheduled session?

    After organizers create a meeting, they can start it at or before its scheduled time.

    Desktop app or web

    Attention: The navigation has been improved, but the settings shown in this video are the same.
    There are a couple ways you can start a scheduled meeting.
    • If you have the meeting link, select it to automatically launch the session.
    • If you are using GoTo for Outlook, open the appointment in your Outlook calendar and then select Start Meeting.
    • view your upcoming meetings and start it from there.
    1. Sign in to the GoTo web or desktop app.
    2. From Upcoming or Rooms, select the meeting you want to start.
    3. Select Start this meeting.

    Mobile app

    1. Open the GoTo mobile app on your device.
    2. Select Meetings.
    3. From Upcoming, select a meetingand then select Start meeting.
