How do I customize my caller ID settings in the mobile app?
Manage your caller ID settings from the mobile app if you have access to multiple phone numbers.
Before you begin: A system admin must enable outbound caller ID selection on your phone numbers to manage your caller ID settings.
This feature is currently only available in the mobile app.
- From the mobile app, select your profile picture in the top left.
- Go to .
- Customize the following settings:
Setting Description Hide caller ID When enabled, your caller ID will be anonymous to recipients. Default caller ID Choose your default business number to use for outgoing calls.Note: You can also change your caller ID from the call screen. Call back with original caller ID When enabled, return calls will use the same phone number the call was received on or made from.
