What is my training ID?

    The 9-digit training ID assigned to each session is only known by the organizer. If you are trying to join someone else's training, open the confirmation email and select the Join link. Alternatively, you can contact the organizer directly – we can't give this info out for security reasons.

    Attendees

    If you have received instructions or emails from the organizer of the training, the Join URL or training ID should be listed. You can click the URL to register immediately, after which you'll be provided with the training. You'll also find the audio and organizer information listed. If you have the training ID, you can use it to register immediately at www.jointraining.com.

    Find My Training ID (Organizer)

    1. Sign in to your account at https://global.gototraining.com.
    2. Select the desired training.
    3. Under Share and Track Your Training, the training ID is listed.
