Why can't I add users?
Check out the following hints if you get a "Something unexpected happened when performing the request, try again later." error when trying to add users.
- Check if the Agent has Super admin permissions
- Check if the user is assigned to the given product
- Check that the Super admin selected the correct product for the end user when they created the user profile
- Check if you have enough licenses
- Check if the email address is correct
- Check the end user's role
- Check if a device has been assigned to the end user
