Managing SSO setup errors
Here's what you can do to troubleshoot SSO setup issues.
- Ensure that the customer has already verified the domain that will be used in Organization Center.
- Check which type of SSO the end user is going to use. If the Manager is setting up SSO through Active Directory, make sure that the requirements are met.
- Make sure that the 3rd party SSO provider is supported.
