Are webcams included in my session recording?

    Webcams are included in the recording as long as you are using cloud recording. If you are using local recording, any webcams that were shared during the meeting will not be included in the recording file – it will only include the meeting audio in this case.

    Only the account admin can change the recording type from local recording to cloud recording – please reach out to your account admin. If you are the account admin, you can change the setting by logging in at and going to the User Settings page.
