How do I join a meeting in GoTo?

    Join meetings from several different options including the desktop app, a web browser, or the mobile app on your iOS or Android device.

    If you are an attendee joining someone else's meeting, you do not need a GoTo Meeting account or need to sign in. Compare the 3 available join methods.

    Join from the meeting link

    To join a meeting, select the join link (e.g.<uniqueid>). Once you select the link you are prompted for one of the following:
    • If you are on a computer, choose between Download the GoTo app or Join in this browser.
    • If you are on a mobile device, you are taken to the mobile app. If you do not have the mobile app downloaded, you are taken to the Apple or Google Play Store.

    Join using the meeting ID

    If you do not have the join link or are having trouble being launched into the meeting, join by entering the meeting ID (e.g.,<uniqueID>).

    To use the meeting ID, choose from one of the following:
    Troubleshooting: If you see the error "Unable to Join the meeting", double check the ID to see if you entered it correctly.
    Desktop app
    1. Open the GoTo desktop app.
    2. Select Meetings > Join a meeting.
    3. Enter the meeting ID.
    Web browser
    1. Open a web browser and go to
    2. Enter the meeting ID.
    Mobile app
    1. Open the GoTo mobile app.
    2. Do one of the following:
      • If you are not signed in, select Meet
      • If you are signed in, select Meetings > Meeting options > Join a session.
    3. Enter the meeting ID and select Join.
