Schedule a meeting or create a recurring room to host your meetings.
|Desktop & Web App
- Click in the left sidebar.
- Click Create a Meeting.
- Optional: Select any Co-Organizers.
- Enter the Meeting Name.
- Choose the Meeting Type:
- Recurring: Creates a permanent room you can use multiple times across various meetings.
- Scheduled: Creates a room for a standalone meeting for the Start Time and Duration you specify. The meeting room is automatically deleted after your meeting is over.
- Optional: Enable Require a meeting password under Restrictions.
- Click Create Meeting.
Tip: To invite participants to your meeting, click the meeting or room and then click Meeting Info.
