How do I schedule a meeting?

Schedule a meeting or create a recurring room to host your meetings.

  1. Click GoToConnect Meetings Icon in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Create a Meeting.
  3. Optional: Select any Co-Organizers.
  4. Enter the Meeting Name.
  5. Choose the Meeting Type:
    • Recurring: Creates a permanent room you can use multiple times across various meetings.
    • Scheduled: Creates a room for a standalone meeting for the Start Time and Duration you specify. The meeting room is automatically deleted after your meeting is over.
  6. Optional: Enable Require a meeting password under Restrictions.
  7. Click Create Meeting.
Tip: To invite participants to your meeting, click the meeting or room and then click Meeting Info.
