How do I pause or unpause queue calls?
This star code allows agents to pause and unpause queue calls.
About this task:
- You can also use the agent view in GoToConnect to pause and unpause all calls as well as utilize pause reasons.
- If you pause a queue from your desk phone, it will show up as paused in GoToConnect.
- Dial *33 from your phone to pause all queues.
If you want to pause an individual queue, dial *33 + the queue extension.
- Dial *34 from your phone to unpause all queues.
If you want to unpause an individual queue, dial *34 + the queue extension.
What to do next: You will then hear either “Agent paused” or “Agent unpaused.”
