How do I choose a corporate directory (LDAP) for a phone?

    Assign a default LDAP directory to all of your phones.

    Before you begin: You must have admin or super admin permissions.

    Change the Default Corporate Directory System-Wide

    1. Sign in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
    2. Select System Settings in the left sidebar.
    3. From General > Defaults, select the desired Corporate Directory by name.
    4. Select Save.

    Change the Default Corporate Directory on a Single Device

    1. Sign in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
    2. Select Devices in the left sidebar and then choose the phone that requires a different directory from the PBX default.
    3. From Device Settings > General Settings, set the Corporate Directory field to Use and then choose the desired Corporate Directory.
    4. Select Save.
    5. Power cycle the device(s) to apply the changes.
